What we ask for, and what we do with it.
This site exists to introduce one private residence to a small number of serious buyers and cooperating agents. The data practices are as narrow as that purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into an inquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you provide one, whether you are a buyer or a cooperating agent, your timeline, and anything you write in the message field. We also keep basic, anonymous page-visit counts so we know which parts of the house people linger on.
Why we collect it
To respond to you and to keep an orderly record of who has walked the house while it is offered privately. Nothing more.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not share your inquiry with a third-party lead broker, portal, or MLS syndicator.
Who can see it
The owner of the residence and, where a showing is being coordinated, the cooperating agent involved in that specific appointment. Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure operated by our technology provider.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party, privacy-respecting page counts only. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no retargeting.
How long we keep it
Until the residence is sold and the transaction has closed, plus a reasonable period for recordkeeping. Ask us to delete your inquiry sooner and we will.
Your choices
Write to us through the inquiry form and ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We will confirm in writing when it is done.
Fair housing
We comply with the Fair Housing Act and the DC Human Rights Act. All inquiries are welcome, and inquiry data is never used to steer, screen, or exclude on the basis of any protected class.
